Sony Ericsson K800i Review
Sony Ericsson K800i is a sophisticated looking, but somewhat bulky, candy-bar shaped mobile phone. Its velvety matte black case isn’t prone to smudges or scratches but we did find the large 2-inch screen prone to fingerprints. Granted it’s a 3G phone with a relatively high resolution camera onboard, but at 106 by 47 by 22 millimetres (it is thickest where the camera is positioned on the back), fashionistas will be turned away by the pocket bulge the K800i creates. It tips the scales at 115 grams, which is a little bit above average.

Sony Mobile Phone Reviews:-
Mobile-phones-uk user opinion about Sony Ericsson K800i Review:- Great phone, had it about a month and i love it. It is larger than my last phone which was the K750i but i don’t care as the screen is so much better and the camera really is amazing! I’ve tried the 3G and its quite good, one of the best i’ve seen and working for a video conferencing company, i’ve seen a few! The only thing i would say is that the camera cover does slide off very easily exposing the camera a lot, but it’s not a massive thing. Apart from that i love it and i’m really glad i went for another Sony Ericsson as an upgrade!!

Reviews.cnet user opinion about Sony Ericsson K800i Review:- The camera cover is too easy to slip open. Should have been made with a tighter feel.Other than its nice camera, I bought it for its 3G ability. Unfortunately, it is incompatible with Cingular’s 3G service (phone uses 2100, Cingular uses 850/1900). Also, using the regular GSM service is hit-and-miss because the phone doesn’t support Cingular’s 850.It works nicely after I switched to T-Mobile but, alas, T-Mobile does not support 3G yet.
Gsmarena about Sony Ericsson K800i Review:- I just bought the k800i and i love the design and features. The only problems i have is the two top buttons on the top and volume control. Is there any way to make the two buttons on the top of the phone as a shortcut for an application because both buttons come up with the image viewer? The buttons on the right side i thought they were volume control but when i press them it comes up with “phone status”. Is there any way to change these buttons to volume control?
